In 2008 I encouraged the development of social media services at the Ministry of Labour. By 2012, my team had established an online reputation that made the Government of Ontario a Canadian leader in the use of social media for government. Our motto: We're there because you're there.

Personal: I'm also a father, a husband and a loyal friend to my dog, Charlie. I like to run, play guitar, ref hockey, and I blog about being a dad.
